Terms of Use

Effective September 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Contractor Operating websites, courses, templates, software access, coaching, and related services operated by Renovate Reach LLC. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Accounts and course access may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, billing frequency, setup fees, included services, and usage charges are shown at checkout or in a written agreement. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method on file. Taxes and third-party usage charges may apply.

Digital products and license

Courses, videos, prompts, templates, scorecards, documents, software configurations, and related materials are licensed to one purchaser for internal business use. We retain all intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create competing products from the materials except as permitted in writing.

Coaching and implementation

Coaching, assessments, calculators, and recommendations provide educational and business information, not legal, tax, accounting, lending, or investment advice. Implementation services are limited to the scope stated in the applicable offer or agreement. Advertising spend, communication usage, AI usage, and third-party subscriptions may be billed separately.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services unlawfully; infringe rights; upload malicious code; interfere with security; misrepresent identity; send unlawful or nonconsensual communications; or use generated content without reviewing it for accuracy, rights, advertising rules, and industry requirements.

Third-party services

Our services may connect with providers such as payment processors, CRM platforms, advertising platforms, AI providers, and communications services. Their separate terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or content decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.

Disclaimers and limitation

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, profit, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or service during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally. Questions may be sent to hello@contractoroperating.com.
